35th Operations Support Squadron, Misawa Air Base, Japan May 2021-Sep 2025

  • Maintained and repaired 31 airfield and weather systems, supporting United States Air Force, United States Navy, Japan Air Self Defense Force, and public civilian flight operations.

  • Led complex repairs on Air Traffic Control assets and weather systems, ensuring safety for 111K sorties and saving $175K.

  • Supervised, trained, and mentored 7 personnel in daily operations and Air Force culture.

  • Maintained equipment worth $2.1M and trained a 7-member work center, supporting 32K flying operations.

  •  Implemented innovative resource allocation strategies that sustained 1,000 flight operations amid a 43% workforce deficit; enhanced team communication protocols, resulting in zero operational delays and increased customer satisfaction ratings by 15%.

  • Processed over 1,446 applications for base access of foreign contractors. Along with another 628 applications for tools, and vehicle access.

  • Expedited a 6 week long process down to 3 days to ensure the fulfillment of $824k contact.  

Radar, Airfield, and Weather Systems Technician

54th Operations Support Squadron, Holloman AFB, New Mexico May 2017-May 2021

  • Performed maintenance on 114 Air Traffic Control assets and weather systems, supporting 3 Departments of the United States Air Force and 2 United States Army locations

  • Resolved Air Traffic Control system outages, repaired $45K equipment, and optimized ground-to-air command and control operations for Southern New Mexico.

  • Led Navigation Aid repair, coordinating with Regional Maintenance Center and replacing faulty instrument landing system amplifiers, keying runways for 10K annual F-16 sorties.

  • Expedited the Wing's Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems network upgrade project, saving the Air Force $1.1M.

  • Maintained equipment worth $2.1M and trained a 24-member work center, supporting 32K flying operations.
